1. Permitted use
You may browse the catalogue, create an account, save wishlists, place orders for personal use and contact support. Any other use requires our written agreement.
2. Prohibited activity
- Attempting to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
- Scraping, crawling or bulk-copying the catalogue, prices or images at scale.
- Introducing malware, testing for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypassing rate limits.
- Placing fraudulent orders, using stolen payment details, or abusing the returns process.
- Reselling products obtained through consumer pricing as if you were an authorised retailer.
- Interfering with the availability of the shop for other users.
3. Content you submit
Reviews, questions and messages must be your own honest experience. Do not post unlawful, hateful, misleading or personal-data-revealing content, spam, or advertising. We may remove content that breaks these rules and, where a review is not genuine, delete it.
4. Automated access
Search-engine crawlers are welcome within the limits of our robots directives. Other automated access, including price bots and resale monitoring, requires permission.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close your account, cancel orders and report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
