1. Scope
These terms apply to the shop operated by Lunii SAS, 90 rue Notre-Dame de Nazareth, 75003 Paris, France, at lunii.online, and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
2. Products and catalogue information
Product names, brands, article numbers, age recommendations and specifications come from manufacturer information. Where a detail could not be verified, the field is left empty rather than filled with an estimate. Colours may differ slightly between screens, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or contents without notice.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Other currencies shown at checkout are indicative conversions for guidance only; the amount charged and invoiced is always the euro amount. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.
4. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund any amount already paid for it.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider using the methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled by the provider and never stored by Lunii.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the European Union. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for express. Delivery is free for orders of €75 or more. Risk passes to you when you or a person you nominate takes possession of the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason; Lunii extends this to 30 days. Details and exceptions are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Statutory guarantee
Goods are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee of at least two years under EU consumer law. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse and consumable parts are not covered.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by negligence in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for personal injury.
11. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. Shop text, layout and design belong to Lunii and may not be reused commercially without permission.
12. Complaints, law and changes

French law governs the contract without limiting the consumer protection you enjoy in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order.
